Wine Tasting Bingo Cards

A grown-up game for a wine night or a vineyard tour. Hand out cards of varietals and tasting notes — a glass of merlot, a swirl, the snap of tannins — and the first to a full line calls bingo.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Wine tasting bingo gives a wine night a little structure without turning it into a quiz. As bottles are poured and swirled, mark the varietals and tasting terms you encounter — a chardonnay, a dry finish, the smell of oak. Start from the linen template, keep the squares below or tailor them to the bottles on the table, and print a set in a couple of minutes.

Because every card is shuffled from the same list of varietals and terms, no two guests get the same grid, so a table of friends each plays a different game. Edit any square to match a vineyard tour or a blind tasting, then print on letter or A4 for the evening.

Ideas for your game
  • Pair squares to your bottles

Since every square is editable, fill the card with the exact varietals you are pouring so guests can mark each wine as it comes around the table.

  • Add the tasting vocabulary

Mix in terms like tannins, oak, and dry finish so players listen for tasting notes and learn the language of wine while they play.

  • Print a stack or play on phones

Print a card per guest for the table, or share a link and QR code so everyone plays live and marks each pour from their own devices.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

How do I make wine tasting bingo for free?

Open the editor, pick the linen theme, keep the suggested varietals and terms or type your own, and print. A basic set costs nothing to design.

Can I match the wines I am serving?

Yes. Every square is editable, so you can fill the card with the exact bottles on the table for a tasting that follows your own lineup.

Is this good for a vineyard tour?

Yes. Stock the squares with the estate's varietals and common tasting terms so the group can mark each wine as they move through the cellar.

How many cards do I need?

One per guest. Each card is randomly shuffled from the same list of varietals and terms, so a group of any size gets unique grids.
