1. Subscriptions and Payments

1.1 Subscription Plans

We offer a range of subscription plans, which may include:

• Trial Periods: We may offer free or paid trial periods, depending on the promotional offer in effect. The trial's duration and cost (if any) will be specified at sign-up. Trials can transition into a monthly, 6-month, or 12-month subscription, with the specifics presented at checkout.

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each term unless canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

1.2 Auto-Renewal and Cancellation

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for the unused portion of any billing period following cancellation.

1.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. No additional fees apply to different payment methods.

1.4 Refunds

• Trial Periods: If you are on a paid trial, charges apply as specified at sign-up.
• After First Payment: Refunds are available within the first 7 days after your first payment following any trial period.
• Subsequent Payments: No refunds are guaranteed after the first 7 days of your first payment. Requests beyond this period are at our sole discretion.

2. Limitations of Use

By using this Website, you agree not to:

• Modify, copy, decompile, or reverse engineer any materials or software on the Website.
• Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from any materials or software.
• Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server.
• Use the Website in a way that abuses or disrupts our networks or services, including our real-time multiplayer infrastructure.
