Bingo card templates

A bingo template is a ready-made set of squares for a specific event, such as a holiday, a classroom topic, or a party, that you can print or play online right away. Pick any template below, use it as-is, or change the words, theme, and grid size before you print a full set.

How bingo templates work

  1. Step 1

    Pick a template

Browse by category or search. Each template comes with a themed look and a full list of squares for that event, so nothing starts blank.

  2. Step 2

    Edit any square

Open it in the editor and keep the suggested squares or swap in your own words, emoji, or photos. Choose a 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5 grid to fit your group.

  3. Step 3

    Print or play live

Print a set where each card is a deterministic shuffle of the same squares, or share one link and a QR code so the whole room plays from their phones.

Each printed or live card uses a deterministic shuffle of the same square list, giving players different layouts while keeping one shared game.

Bingo template questions

How many squares are on a bingo card?

It depends on the grid. A 3×3 card has 9 squares and a 4×4 card has 16. The classic 5×5 card has 25 cells, but the center is a FREE space, so there are 24 squares to call. You can pick any of the three sizes for any template.

Are these bingo templates free to print?

Yes. You can design a card from any template and print it with a free account, which includes 5 printed cards per month. Each printed card uses a deterministic shuffle of the same squares, giving players different layouts for one shared game.

Is there free printable bingo for classrooms?

Yes. The Education category has classroom-ready templates for vocabulary, math facts, sight words, and review days. Print a different card for every student, or run the game live on the smartboard from a single shared link.

Can I change the words on a template?

Every square is editable. Open any template in the editor and replace the suggested squares with your own words, emoji, or photos, then pick a theme and grid size. The template is just a starting point, not a fixed card.
