Getting started
Do I need an account to make a card?
You can preview the editor without signing in, but you need a free account to save a card, print it, or host an online game. Sign-up takes about a minute and never asks for a credit card.
What card sizes do you support?
Three sizes: 3×3 (9 squares), 4×4 (16 squares), and 5×5 (24 squares with a free center, or 25 without). Pick whichever fits your event — smaller cards play faster, larger cards last longer.
Can I use my own list of words or images?
Yes. Paste a list of words, type them one per line, or pick emojis. Custom images are coming soon — until then, themed templates and the visual editor cover most use cases.
What are templates?
Pre-made card content for common events — Christmas, baby showers, classroom review, etc. Pick one from the Templates tab and the editor fills in the items and theme for you. You can edit anything afterward.
Printing cards
How many different cards can I print?
Each "card" you print is genuinely different — items reshuffle from the same pool, so no two players get the same board. Free accounts get 5 prints per month. Paid plans get unlimited.
What paper sizes are supported?
US Letter and A4. You can render 1, 2, or 4 cards per page, with optional cut marks for trimming.
Can I get physical cards delivered?
Yes — paid plans are eligible for physical card delivery. We print, cut, and ship them. Available in the US first; more countries are rolling out.
Will my theme look the same when printed?
Yes. The print preview is exactly what you get in the PDF — same backgrounds, same fonts, same colors. We render print-ready, not screen-only.
Playing online
How do online games work?
You start a game from a card in the editor. Players join via a short code or link from any browser — no install. The caller draws items, players mark their boards, and someone yells BINGO. Works on phones, tablets, and laptops.
How many players can join?
Free plans cap at 5 players per game. Paid plans support 50 players by default, with seat packs for larger events.
Can players use the cards I made?
Yes — every player gets a different shuffle of your card. Same items, different layout, no duplicates. Perfect for classroom review, virtual happy hours, and family game nights.
Account & billing
How much does it cost?
Free to start. Paid plans are $19.95/month, $35 for 6 months, or $49.95/year. There is also a $2.95 7-day trial that rolls into monthly. See the pricing page for the full feature breakdown.
What happens if I cancel?
Your account drops back to the free plan. Everything you've made stays in your account — nothing gets deleted. You can resubscribe any time.
Is my payment info secure?
All payments are handled by Stripe, one of the most trusted payment platforms in the world. We never see or store your card details.
What's your refund policy?
Five-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you're not happy for any reason, email us within 5 days and we'll refund you. No questions asked.
How do I cancel?
In about two clicks from your account settings. No phone calls, no cancellation flows, no tricks.
