This is how Bingo Card Studio handles your data. We try to be concrete rather than legalistic: here's what we collect, why, and who it touches.

What we collect

Email address and display name when you sign in. The cards you create and the games you host. Payment metadata from Stripe (last 4, brand, expiry) so you can manage your subscription, never full card numbers. Basic analytics (pages viewed, actions taken) to help us improve the product.

Why we collect it

To run the service, bill paying customers, send transactional email (welcome, receipts, billing alerts), and understand where the product is falling short.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run the product: hosting (Railway, Cloudflare), authentication (Clerk), email (Resend), analytics and error tracking (PostHog), payments (Stripe). None of them get to use your data for their own purposes.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account at any time from the settings page. If you are in the EU, UK, or California, you have additional rights under GDPR, UK-GDPR, or CCPA including the right to access and correct your data. Email us at [email protected] and we'll sort it.

Children

We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Teachers: student players don't need accounts, and their gameplay is associated with a random cookie ID, not a real identity.

Cookies

We use cookies only where they're load-bearing: authentication (Clerk session), your theme and sound preferences, a random player ID for multiplayer games, and anonymous product analytics via PostHog. We don't sell your data or use third-party ad tracking.
