Office Icebreaker Bingo Cards

The icebreaker that survives a 9am all-hands. Hand the team a card of things that always happen on a call — someone on mute, a dog barking, "can everyone see my screen?" — and watch the meeting actually wake up.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Office bingo works two ways: a "things that happen on every call" card that plays quietly during a long meeting, or a "find someone who" card for onboarding and offsites that gets people talking to each other. Both are in reach from the same editor.

Share a link and a QR code so a remote team plays from anywhere, or print a stack for an in-person offsite. Edit any square to match your team’s running jokes and the card lands every time.

Ideas for your game
  • Meeting bingo vs. mingle bingo

For a long call, use "things that happen" squares people mark as they occur. For onboarding or an offsite, use "find someone who" squares so people have to talk to each other to fill the card.

  • Make it about your team

Edit the squares to your own running jokes, project names, and recurring meeting moments — the more specific, the bigger the laugh.

  • Run it on video

Share one link and a QR code so a distributed team plays live from anywhere. No printing, no setup — just paste it in the chat.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

What is office icebreaker bingo?

A light team game where each person gets a card of common moments or facts. They mark squares as things happen (meeting bingo) or as they meet colleagues who match (find-someone-who bingo).

Does it work for remote teams?

Yes. Share a link and a QR code and everyone plays live from their own screen — no printing required.

Can I brand the cards?

Edit the squares and choose a theme that fits your team. For a branded set, you can also order professionally printed cards.

Is it free for work use?

Building, printing, and sharing a card is free. Large hosted live games and shipped cards are optional paid upgrades.
