Networking Bingo Cards

The icebreaker that gets a room of strangers talking. Hand out cards of prompts to fill — find someone who works remotely, someone who has changed careers, someone who knows the speaker — and people mingle to complete a line.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Networking bingo breaks the ice at conferences, mixers, and onboarding events by giving people a reason to walk up and start a conversation. Start from the template, keep the find-someone-who prompts below or tailor them to your crowd, and you have cards ready to print in a couple of minutes.

Because every card is shuffled from the same prompt list, no two attendees get the same grid — so people have to meet many different colleagues to fill their card, and the room warms up fast.

Ideas for your game
  • Require a name in each square

Make players write the name of the person who matches each prompt, so a finished card is also a list of new contacts to follow up with.

  • Tailor prompts to your crowd

Edit the squares to fit the event — startup founders, new hires, alumni — so the prompts spark conversations relevant to the people in the room.

  • Offer a small prize

Give the first few full cards a token reward, so people have a reason to keep circulating and meet someone beyond their usual group.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

How do I make networking bingo for free?

Open the editor, pick a clean theme, keep the suggested find-someone-who prompts or type your own, and print. A basic set is free to make and print.

How does networking bingo work?

Each square is a prompt like "works remotely." Attendees mingle to find people who match, write their names, and aim to complete a line first.

Can I customize it for my event?

Yes. Edit every square to fit your crowd and goals, so the prompts lead to the kinds of conversations you want attendees to have.

Can people play on their phones?

Yes. Share one link and a QR code so attendees mark squares on their phones, which is handy at a large mixer with no table space.
