Movement Bingo Cards

An active game that gets everyone out of their seats. Each square is a simple move — ten jumping jacks, touch your toes, hop on one foot — and players act it out before they mark it off.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Movement bingo is a quick way to add a brain break to a school day, a gym warm-up, or a rainy-day activity at home. Start from the schoolhouse template, keep the active moves below or add your own, and cards print in a couple of minutes.

Because every card is shuffled from the same square list, no two players get the same grid, so a whole class can move together and each person still works through their own order of exercises.

Ideas for your game
  • Act out each square before marking

Players must actually do the move on a square before they cross it off, so the game builds in real activity rather than just luck.

  • Use it as a brain break

Run a quick round between lessons to reset focus, since a few minutes of movement helps kids settle back into the next task.

  • Print a stack or play live

Print cards for the classroom, or share one link and a QR code so a remote class follows the same moves from their own rooms.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

How do I make a movement bingo card for free?

Open the editor, choose the schoolhouse theme, keep the suggested moves or type your own, and print. A basic set is free to make and print.

Are the moves safe for young kids?

Yes. The squares use simple, low-impact moves like marching and stretching, and you can swap any out for ones that fit your group.

How many cards do I need?

One per player. Each card is randomly shuffled from the same square list, so a whole class gets unique grids and a fair race to a line.

Can I print these on standard paper?

Yes. The print view is sized for letter and A4 paper, so any home printer works, and you can also order professionally printed cards.
