Indian Food Bingo Cards

A playful game for a curry night or a big family thali. Mark off each dish as it reaches the table, and the first player to a full line gets to order the next round of naan.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Indian food bingo makes a shared meal into a game everyone can join. Fill the squares with the dishes you love — naan, samosa, tikka masala, biryani, dal, tandoori, paneer — and let guests cross them off as plates arrive or as the group works through a long, generous menu.

Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a different arrangement of the same dishes and the game is fair for two people or twenty. Keep the squares below or replace them with the regional specials your host is cooking.

Ideas for your game
  • Cross off each shared plate

Order a big spread to share and let everyone mark dishes as they land. The first to a line gets first dibs on the gulab jamun at the end of the meal.

  • Make it a tasting tour

Challenge the table to taste every square over the evening. A dish only counts once a player has tried it, which encourages the group to be more adventurous.

  • Print a batch or play on screens

Print a tidy stack for the table, or share one link and a QR code so guests mark their cards on their phones and keep their hands free for the food.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

Can I tailor these to a regional menu?

Yes. Open the editor and replace any square with the specific North or South Indian dishes you plan to serve, so the cards match the meal exactly.

Are the squares real Indian dishes?

Yes. They are widely recognized dishes such as biryani, dal, and butter chicken. You can edit any of them to fit a particular restaurant or home menu.

How many cards should I print?

One per guest. Each card is randomly shuffled from the same dish list, so a gathering of any size gets unique grids and the game stays fair.

Can I print these on regular paper?

Yes. The print view fits standard letter and A4 paper, so any home printer works. For a party you can also order professionally printed cards.
