First Aid Bingo Cards

A memorable way to teach first-aid basics to a class or workplace. A leader reads a scenario or term, and players mark the right response — apply pressure, recovery position, call 911 — with the first to a line winning while everyone reviews the essentials.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

First aid bingo makes safety training stick by turning a checklist into a game. Start from a clean template, keep the terms below or match your course materials, and you have cards ready to print in a couple of minutes for a class, a scout meeting, or a workplace session.

Because every card is shuffled from the same square list, no two participants get the same grid — so a whole room can play together while the leader reads scenarios and the group recalls the correct first-aid response for each one.

Ideas for your game
  • Read scenarios, not terms

Call a situation like "someone is bleeding heavily" and let players mark the correct response. It tests real decision-making instead of just recognizing vocabulary.

  • Pause to demonstrate

When a key square is called, take a moment to show the technique — how to position hands for CPR or wrap a bandage — so the game reinforces hands-on skills.

  • Print a class set or play live

Print cards for a training session, or share one link and a QR code so participants play from phones while you walk through scenarios at the front of the room.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

How do I make first aid bingo for free?

Open the editor, pick a clean theme, keep the suggested first-aid terms or match your course, then print. A basic set is free to make and print for your group.

Is this a substitute for certification?

No. It is a fun review tool to reinforce learning, not a replacement for a certified first-aid or CPR course. Use it alongside proper hands-on training and practice.

Can I print these on regular paper?

Yes. The print view is sized for standard letter and A4 paper, so any printer works. You can also order professionally printed cards for a class or workplace.

How do I adjust the difficulty?

For beginners, call terms directly and use a 4×4 grid. For advanced groups, read complex scenarios that require choosing the right response and use a full 5×5 grid.
