Diversity Bingo Cards

A human-bingo icebreaker that helps a group find what they share and celebrate what makes them different. Each square is a "find someone who…" prompt, and players mingle to fill their grid.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Diversity bingo is a getting-to-know-you game for classrooms, onboarding sessions, and team workshops: every square is a "find someone who…" prompt, so players move around the room, talk to each other, and sign squares as they discover shared and unique experiences.

Because every card is shuffled from the same square list, no two players get the same grid, so a whole room mingles and meets different people instead of all chasing the exact same squares at once.

Ideas for your game
  • Use it on the first day

New teams and new classes warm up fast when they have to talk to each other, so this works well for onboarding, orientation, and the start of a course.

  • Require a different name per square

Ask players to get a different person to sign each square, so everyone meets the whole room instead of trading signatures with one neighbor.

  • Debrief after the game

Once cards fill up, invite people to share a surprising thing they learned, turning the icebreaker into a short, genuine conversation about difference.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

How does diversity bingo work?

Each square is a "find someone who…" prompt. Players mingle, ask questions, and collect a signature for each square until someone completes a line.

How do I make diversity bingo cards for free?

Open the editor, keep the suggested prompts or write your own inclusive ones, and print. You can make and print a basic set without paying anything.

How do I keep the prompts respectful?

Stick to opt-in, low-pressure prompts about hobbies, languages, and experiences so people can share comfortably and nobody feels singled out or exposed.

Can a large group play at once?

Yes. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so a big room gets unique grids and people meet many others rather than clustering in pairs.
