Browsing the gallery
There are two galleries with the same layout: a public gallery at /templates (no sign-in needed to browse) and an in-app gallery at /dashboard/templates (after you sign in).
Tiles sit in a three-column grid with a mini preview, category badge, title, and a two-line description. Both galleries share the same filters:
- Search is a text field that matches title, description, and category as you type.
- Category pills one per category that has templates (the list is dynamic). Tap to filter.
If nothing matches your search, a "No matches" panel offers two ways out: Clear search or Create your own.
The tagline across both galleries is the same: "Find a card. Make it yours. Pick any template and it's ready to print or play."
Using a template
Click a tile in the public gallery to open its detail page. You see the full preview grid, the item count, grid size, theme name, and three related templates in the same category.
"Use this template" is the primary button. The flow depends on whether you are signed in:
- Signed out: you go to sign-up first, and after signing in you land in the editor with a new card already filled from the template.
- Signed in (in-app gallery): clicking a tile takes you straight to the editor with the new card ready to edit.
The new card carries over the template's title, items, grid size, and theme. Once you are in the editor everything is fully editable. Change the words, pick a different theme, swap grid size, rename it.
Your own templates
The gallery holds official templates curated by the team. Start from any of them and edit freely, or create your own cards from scratch in your library.
