Methodology

The calculation is deliberately simple.

Required cards equal the number of players. Spare cards equal 10% of the player count, rounded up, with a minimum of two. Total cards are required cards plus spares. Paper estimates divide that total by one, two, or four cards per sheet and round up.

This is planning guidance, not a claim that every generated layout is mathematically guaranteed to be unique. Bingo Card Studio deterministically shuffles the same square list into different layouts for printing and live play.
