Units of Measure Bingo Cards

A review game for a math or science class. Hand out cards of real measurement units — meter, gram, liter, ounce — and the first to mark a full line wins the round.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Units-of-measure bingo turns a measurement unit into an active review for math or science class. Use it before a quiz, keep the units below or add the ones from your lesson, and cards print in a couple of minutes for the whole room.

Because every card is shuffled from the same square list, no two students get the same grid, so a full class can practice the same units and each learner still hunts for their own answers as you call them out.

Ideas for your game
  • Call out the measurement

Read a quantity like "the length of a pencil" and let students mark the right unit, so the game tests when to use each measure, not just its name.

  • Split metric and imperial

Make one card of metric units and another of imperial ones, so a lesson on conversions can play both sides and compare them square by square.

  • Print a class set or play live

Print a card for every student, or share one link and a QR code so the class can play from their devices during a remote or hybrid lesson.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

How do I make a units-of-measure bingo card for free?

Open the editor, pick the chalkboard theme, keep the unit squares or type in your own measures, and print a class set. A basic set is free to make.

Are these real units of measure?

Yes. Every square names an actual unit, from meters and grams to gallons and Celsius, so the card works as a quick reference as well as a game.

What subjects is this good for?

It suits math and science review at many grade levels — swap in simpler units for younger students or add scientific units for older classes.

Can I print them on regular paper?

Yes. The print view is sized for standard letter and A4 paper, so any school printer works, and you can also order professionally printed cards.
