The Tudors Bingo Cards

A history game built on the Tudor era. Each card is filled with the people and events of the dynasty — Henry VIII, the six wives, the Spanish Armada — and students mark them as they come up in the lesson.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Tudor history bingo brings the dynasty to life in a classroom or a study group. Fill the grid with the monarchs, events, and turning points of the era, and students mark a square each time one comes up in the reading, the lecture, or a documentary, which keeps the names and dates fresh.

Because every card is shuffled from the same square list, no two students get the same grid, so a whole class can study the same period and each still hunt for their own line of kings, queens, and key events.

Ideas for your game
  • Focus on one reign

Set the squares to a single monarch's rule, filling the grid with the events and figures of that reign so the game matches the lesson exactly.

  • Pair it with a documentary

Play it alongside a history film and let students mark each person or event as it appears on screen, which keeps the class watching closely.

  • Print a stack or play on screens

Print a card per student, or share one link and a QR code so a class marks figures and events from their own devices during the lesson.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.
