School Subjects Bingo Cards

A warm icebreaker for the first week or a lively review of the timetable. Call out clues about each class and let students find the subject on their grids before anyone else.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

School subjects bingo is an easy way to talk about the day ahead with a new class. Fill the squares with the subjects on your timetable — Math, Science, History, English, Art, Music, PE — and use it to break the ice or to practice vocabulary in a language lesson.

Every card is shuffled from the same square list, so each student gets a fresh layout of the same subjects and no two grids match. Keep the suggested squares, swap in the electives your school offers, and print enough for the room in a couple of minutes.

Ideas for your game
  • Use it on the first day

Hand cards out as students arrive and call subjects to spot. It gets a quiet new class talking and helps everyone learn the timetable without a dry roll call.

  • Play it in a language class

Call each subject in the language you teach — matematicas, ciencias — and students match it to the English square. It turns vocabulary drills into a quick, low-stakes game.

  • Print a set or share a link

Print one unique card per student for the desks, or share a single link and QR code so the class can play from laptops and tablets without any paper.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

Can I match the cards to my own timetable?

Yes. Open the editor and replace any square with the exact subjects and electives your school offers, from robotics to woodshop, so the cards fit your room.

Is this good for younger students?

It works well. Younger classes recognize the core subjects quickly, and you can switch to a smaller 3x3 or 4x4 grid so games finish before attention drifts.

How many cards do I need?

One per student. Each card is randomly shuffled from the same subject list, so any class size can play and still get a unique grid.

Can I print these on normal paper?

Yes. The print view is sized for standard letter and A4, so any classroom or home printer works. You can also order professionally printed cards.
