Bible Bingo Cards

A gentle way to help a class learn the people, books, and symbols of Scripture. Hand out cards of well-known names and images, read a clue aloud, and the first to a line calls bingo.

Free to design and print · edit any square · 3×3, 4×4, or 5×5

Bible bingo fits a Sunday school lesson, a church youth night, or a quiet table at home. Read a short clue or verse for each square — the patriarch who built an ark, the shepherd who became king, the book of songs — and children listen for the answer on their cards. Start from the parchment template, keep the squares below, or edit any of them to match the passage you are teaching.

Because every card is shuffled from the same square list, no two children get the same grid, so a whole class can play together and still hunt for different answers. Print a tidy stack on letter or A4 paper, or share one link and a QR code so older kids can play from their own phones.

Ideas for your game
  • Read a clue for each square

Instead of calling the answer outright, read a short verse or hint and let the class find the figure or symbol on their cards. It turns the game into recall practice.

  • Match it to today's lesson

Edit the squares so they all come from the passage you are studying, then play at the end of class to see how much the children remembered.

  • Print a stack or play on phones

Print a batch for the classroom table, or share a link and QR code so an older youth group can mark squares from their own phones.

Editable and printable

Edit every square. Open the card in the editor, keep the suggested squares or replace them with your own words, emoji, or photos, and pick a theme that fits the day.

Print a whole set at once. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so every player gets a unique grid. Print to standard letter or A4 paper on any home printer — or order professionally printed cards shipped to your door.

Or play live. Share one link and a QR code and the whole room plays from their phones, in person or over video.

Questions

How do I make Bible bingo cards for free?

Open the editor, choose the parchment theme, keep the suggested squares or type your own figures and symbols, and print. A basic set is free to design and print.

Is this suitable for young children?

Yes. Switch to a 3×3 or 4×4 grid in the editor so games finish faster, and pick simple, recognizable squares like the ark, the dove, and the lamb.

Can I tie the squares to a specific lesson?

Yes. Every square is editable, so you can replace them with the people, places, and events from the exact chapter your class is reading this week.

How many cards do I need?

One per child. Each card is shuffled from the same square list, so a class of any size can play together and still get unique grids.
